Singin Success has completed several successful workshops for Legal & General, a major British multinational financial services company based in the UK.
The training team and Legal & General challenged us to design and conduct a workshop highlighting the insurance protection gap that often exists among 25-30 year olds in the UK.
Our priority was to ensure the key concepts, ideas and business proposals were fully explored and potential workable solutions were developed and articulated into a meaningful outcome. In addition, we also ensure to introduce as many opportunities to develop interpersonal and other soft skills as part of the approach to the main objectives set out by the client.
Exploration of the barriers that exist to closing the life insurance protection gap for 19-25 year olds in the UK.
Development of potential credible solutions to the aforementioned problem.
Creation of practical and workable ideas and plans on how the client can implement discussed measures into company practice.
Think-tank and idea harvesting sessions
Group discussion and debate on what information is seen as essential to include in the final product.
Mapping of key points into a structure for the development of song lyrics.
Performance and recording of the song with assistance of professional musicians and producers.
